Helen Shafer
Chief Executive Officer

Helen Shafer started her tenure with IZI Medical Products in January 1997. Mrs. Shafer joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer; creating and establishing the company’s high corporate values, ethics, and continual dedication to customer satisfaction. Mrs. Shafer was the key visionary in transitioning IZI Medical Products from a startup company into a commercial success; focusing on sales, marketing, and product development. In 1999, Mrs. Shafer was unanimously appointed to Chief Executive Officer. Mrs. Shafer graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

David Zinreich
Chief Financial Officer

David Zinreich is the Chief Financial Officer of IZI Medical Products. Mr. Zinreich joined IZI Medical Products in December of 2003 via New York City where he worked as a financial analyst for four years. Mr. Zinreich was a Senior Associate at Thomson Financial, Capital Markets Intelligence Group. Mr. Zinreich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Vermont.

Jovie Soriano
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jovie Soriano manages IZI Medical Products’ sales and customer service division and is responsible for all IZI Medical Products international and domestic sales. Prior to his current position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at IZI Medical Products, Mr. Soriano spent 5 years at ADT Security Services as District Commercial Sales Manager where he was responsible for hiring, developing, coaching and motivating Core Commercial/National Account and Business Sales Representatives. Mr. Soriano also served as General Manager at PC Warehouse as well as Gateway Computers. Mr. Soriano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University.
