| The Multi-Modality Markers are made of primarily water. The specific ingredients are proprietary. | ||
| 2. | Will the Multi-Modality Markers appear on both CT & MRI images? | |
| Yes. The Multi-Modality Markers were designed to be multi-functional and it is a universal marker for Radiology. | ||
| 3. | How do you inject the Nuclear Multi-Modality Marker so that it will not leak? | |
| We recommend that you insert the needle through the gel and then slightly into the center hole. Please review our slide show on the Nuclear Medicine Multi-Modality Marker for further detailed instructions. |

I.Z. Port® Skin Markers
| 1. | Do your I.Z. Port® Skin Markers peel off? | |
| The I.Z. Port® Skin Markers are designed to stick on the patient for 7-10 days. The skin needs to be prepared before the markers are placed. To prepare the skin we recommend wiping the skin with alcohol. | ||
| 2. | How long do the I.Z. Port® Skin Markers Markers stay on? | |
| The I.Z. Port® Skin Markers stay on the patient between 7-10 days. | ||
| 3. | I’m worried about skin reaction with your I.Z. Port® Skin Markers, is this an issue? | |
| IZI has been manufacturing and selling the I.Z. Port® Skin Markers for 10 years and in that time we have not seen any problems due to the use of this product. |
ShadowForm® Markers
| 1. | Can the ShadowForm® Markers be used with barium? | |
| Yes, both the vaginal and rectal marker are hollow to allow for the insertion of barium. The ShadowForm® Markers will appear on your images without the barium if you do not want to use it. | ||
| 2. | Can the ShadowForm® Markers be used during CT plannings? | |
| Yes! The ShadowForm® Markers can be used when doing CT plannings and simulations. |
